Villa Capuchina is a huge 6 bedroom Villa for 12 people (Maximum 10 adults) with fantastic out door gardens and private pool.
On the ground floor you will find an entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen and large living room with chimney and guest toilet. There are 2 bedroom rooms; the 1st is accessed from the exterior terrace with plenty natural light and a double bed. This room doesn´t have a bathroom. The 2 second bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and double bed. There are 2 outdoor dining areas; next to the living room with BBQ, and the other Infront of the private pool.
On the lower level you will find 3 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms 1 with bathtub and 2 with shower, and with double bed. There is a laundry room, and a 6th bedroom with bunk beds (This room is for children; please note there is no window. There is a sink and shower (no toilet) This level offers plenty natural light and access to the lower level garden, with roofed picnic area.
The pool area offers sunbeds, a shaded chillout area, lawn, and roofed bar at the end of the pool.
There is a roof top terrace with table and chairs to enjoy the views over the Natural Oak Park. AC & WIFI throughout the Villa (signal maybe weaker in the lower level). The bedroom with bunk beds doesn´t have AC but has a fan.

The Villa is situated next to the Hotel Fairplay & golf course of Benalup in the quiet, private and well-kept "Benalup-Resort".
The Villas are situated west of the Village, reached in 5 minutes by car or a stroll of 15-20 minutes. The small and quiet Andalusian white village has plenty supermarkets, 2 petrol stations, shops and lots of good bars and excellent restaurants. The unspoiled beaches of Costa de la Luz are reached by car within 25 minutes.
Cities like Vejer de la Frontera, Cádiz or Jerez are within easy reach, which makes the situation of the village Benalup very special and ideal for those who want to be close to the beach but also visit the region.
