Villa Iris is a spacious 3-bedroom haven exuding classic and rustic charm, for maximum 6 adults and 2 children. 

Upon stepping into the villa, you're greeted by a delightful Andalusian patio. The main ground floor boasts a generous dining room with a huge table, a cozy living room featuring a fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining laundrette. A large bedroom with a king-size bed is also on this floor, complete with built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom featuring a jacuzzi and walk-in shower.

Descending to the basement reveals two spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom includes a king-size bed and a sofa bed/living area, divided by a wall. This room can sleep 4 guests (ideal for 4 children, or 2 adults and 2 children) Both rooms provide ample wardrobe space, en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, and Andalusian patios that offers the spaces with natural light and fresh air.

The private garden beckons with a covered terrace, an alfresco dining area with chairs, outdoor seating, sun loungers, a private pool, and a lush lawn.

There is WIFI and AC throughout the whole villa.

Neighbourhood

The Villa is situated in "El Paraiso Urbanization" next to the Hotel Fairplay & golf course of Benalup in the quiet, private and well-kept "Benalup-Resort".

The Villas are situated west of the Village, reached in 5 minutes by car or a stroll of 15-20 minutes. The small and quiet Andalusian white village has plenty supermarkets, 2 petrol stations, shops and lots of good bars and excellent restaurants. The unspoiled beaches of Costa de la Luz are reached by car within 25 minutes.

Cities like Vejer de la Frontera, Cádiz or Jerez are within easy reach, which makes the situation of the village Benalup very special and ideal for those who want to be close to the beach but also visit the region.
