Villa Lino is a comfortable 3-bedroom villa for up to 6 people that offers wonderful views of the Natural oak park.

Distributed over 2 floors, the entrance floor offers a spacious hall, a very well-equipped American kitchen, open to the dining room and a living room with a fireplace. Guest toilet and 1 bedroom with twin beds and en-suite bathroom with separate bathtub and shower are found on this floor. The large balcony is accessed from the living room/kitchen and offers a barbecue area, outside table and chairs with views of the pool and valley. Stairs lead down to the pretty garden and private pool.

On the first floor there are 2 additional bedrooms, both with twin beds and private bathrooms with bathtubs and double sinks, and a balcony with views. The house has air conditioning, WIFI, washing machine and dryer and all bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.

The private garden offers a private pool and sun loungers.

Neighbourhood

The Villa is situated in Urb. "La Laguna" with stunning views over the Natural Oak Park in a private and well-kept "Benalup-Resort".

The Villas are situated west of the Village, reached in 5 minutes by car or a stroll of 15-20 minutes. The small and quiet Andalusian white village has plenty supermarkets, 2 petrol stations, shops and lots of good bars and excellent restaurants.

The unspoiled beaches of Costa de la Luz are reached by car within 20 minutes easy driving. Cities like Vejer de la Frontera, Cádiz or Jerez are within easy reach, which makes the situation of the village Benalup very special and ideal for those who want to be close to the beach but also visit the region.
