Villa Malva is luxury 5-bedroom Villa for 10 guests situated next to the Benalup-Golf Course. On the ground floor you will find a high ceiling octagonal living room, dining room and open, fully equipped kitchen.
There are 3 bedrooms; The 1st with kind size bed, full bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower, 2nd with twin beds, full bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower, and the 3rd bedroom with queen bed and bathroom with shower. Each bedroom offers flatscreen TV, built-in wardrobes, electric shutters and access to the terrace/pool area.
In the basement, there is a spacious second living area with plenty natural light, equipped with sofa, and access to the 2 further bedrooms. The 2 bedrooms in the basement have twin beds, and a small bathroom with toilet, sink and walk-in shower each. These bedrooms are more basic than the 3 bedrooms on the main floor, and they don´t have direct natural light nor AC.
Air conditioning and WIFI throughout the Villa. The WIFI connection isn´t guaranteed in the basement.
Please note that although a jacuzzi appears in the bathroom photos, it is out of order. We do not advertise that the place has a jacuzzi. The ice and water machine in the refrigerator is out of service.
The large terrace offers a private pool, outdoor dining below a shaded roofed terrace, sunbeds and lawn.

The Villa is situated in Urb. "Las Alondras", with access to the golf course and tennis courts from the garden. The Urbanization in a cul de sac style is quiet, private and well-kept.
The Villas are situated west of the Village, 10-15 minutes walking distance to the center of the Village. Restaurants are 2 minutes from the Villa. The small and quiet Andalusian white village has plenty supermarkets, 2 petrol stations, shops and lots of good bars and excellent restaurants.
The unspoiled beaches of Costa de la Luz are reached by car within 20 minutes easy driving. Cities like Vejer de la Frontera, Cádiz or Jerez are within easy reach, which makes the situation of the village Benalup very special and ideal for those who want to be close to the beach but also visit the region.
