Villa Muscari is a modern and stylish 4 bedroom villa for maximum 8 guests.

The villa is set over 3 floors; on the ground floor you will find the large open living room, dining area and kitchen. On the right the master bedroom with large built-in wardrobes, an open - ensuite bathroom with double sinks, bathtub and walk-in shower. Both from the living room and bedroom, you can access the terrace and pool from large French doors.

One floor lower you will find 2 bedrooms. 1 with a 4-poster king size bed, en-suite bathroom with bath tub and walk-in shower. The 3rd bedroom offers twin beds and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Both bedrooms have a balcony with views over the Valley.

2 floors down you will find a fully equipped apartment, which can be accessed from the house and also from a separate entrance from the Resort. It consists in a bedroom with king size bed, with French doors leading to a private patio. A separate living room sofa, dining table, and also a fully equipped kitchen.

There is air conditioning throughout the Villa, wifi, washing machine & dryer and plenty wardrobe space.

The huge terrace offers 8 sunbeds, outdoor dining table, roofed shaded areas, BBQ, private pool and unbeatable views of the Natural Oak Park.

The Villa is situated next to Hotel Fairplay, near the golf course of Benalup in the quiet, private and well-kept "Benalup-Resort".

The Villas are situated west of the Village, reached in 5 minutes by car or a stroll of 15-20 minutes. The small and quiet Andalusian white village has plenty supermarkets, 2 petrol stations, shops and lots of good bars and excellent restaurants.

The unspoiled beaches of Costa de la Luz are reached by car within 25 minutes easy driving. Cities like Vejer de la Frontera, Cádiz or Jerez are within easy reach, which makes the situation of the village Benalup very special and ideal for those who want to be close to the beach but also visit the region.
