Villa Par is a spacious and bright 3 bedroom Villa for maximum 6 guests.

The living and dining areas seamlessly blend in an open space, featuring a fireplace and expansive doors opening onto the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen boasts both large and small appliances.

Two bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms and French doors leading to the terrace, are located on the ground floor. The master bedroom on the first floor includes a spacious en-suite bathroom and a large, wrap around balcony with captivating views of the pool and golf course. Two of the en-suite bathrooms offer both bathtubs and separate walk-in showers, while one bathroom features a walk-in shower only. An addioncal WC located on the ground floor.

All bedrooms are furnished with twin beds, dressed together as doubles. The Villa is equipped with air conditioning throughout, ample wardrobe space, and mosquito nets.

The extensive garden, bordering the golf course, features a vast lawn, a private pool with sunbeds, trees and grapefruit trees, along with a shaded terrace hosting an outdoor dining and lounge area and BBQ.

Neighbourhood

The Villa is situated in Urb. "El Paraiso" on the golf course of Benalup in the quiet, private and well-kept "Benalup-Resort".

The Villas are situated west of the Village, reached in 5 minutes by car or a stroll of 15-20 minutes. The small and quiet Andalusian white village has plenty supermarkets, 2 petrol stations, shops and lots of good bars and excellent restaurants.

The unspoiled beaches of Costa de la Luz are reached by car within 20 minutes easy driving. Cities like Vejer de la Frontera, Cádiz or Jerez are within easy reach, which makes the situation of the village Benalup very special and ideal for those who want to be close to the beach but also visit the region.
