Villa Rosa is a charming and well-kept 3-bedroom Villa for maximum 7 guests.

On the ground floor you will find an entrance hall, and a charming Andalucian patio in the centre of the Villa with coffee table and chairs. An open and fully equipped kitchen/dining area which leads through to the living room with large glass doors with access the garden and pool.

There is air conditioning throughout the Villa and all bedrooms offer built-in wardobes, en-suite bathrooms with bathtub and walk-in showers, double beds, mosquito nets, blackout curtains and satellite TV. The master bedroom on the ground floor offers a dressing room and access though an arched glass door to the pool.

The 2nd bedroom is on the 1st floor with balcony. 3rd bedroom with an extra single bed on basement level with access to a patio. Laundrette on this level.

The pretty garden offers a private pool, palm trees, sunbeds a shaded terrace with outdoor dining area and BBQ.

Neighbourhood

The Villa is situated on the golf course of Benalup in the quiet, private and well-kept "Benalup-Resort". The Villas are situated west of the Village, reached in 5 minutes by car or a stroll of 15-20 minutes. The small and quiet Andalusian white village has plenty supermarkets, 2 petrol stations, shops and lots of good bars and excellent restaurants.

The unspoiled beaches of Costa de la Luz are reached by car within 20 minutes easy driving.

Cities like Vejer de la Frontera, Cádiz or Jerez are within easy reach, which makes the situation of the village Benalup very special and ideal for those who want to be close to the beach but also visit the region.
